Finished Deciduous

Another FO with a San Diego debut. :) finished Back Pattern: Deciduous by Marnie MacLean Modifications: Nothing, except I blatantly disregarded the instructions to make the top 80% of the size that you'd normally make (I thought I'd look like a sausage in too-tight ribbing). The designer was right, though, and the top is lacking the support that I would have preferred. I considered re-knitting the whole thing, but since I had the perfect tattoo placement (totally by accident) I decided to leave it and tack in a sew-in bra instead. Needles: US 8 Addi Turbos Date Started: June 2, 2007 Date Completed: June 16, 2007 Time: 11.75 hours hours for the body, 3.25 hours of finishing, for a total of 15 hours.

Deciduous start

Despite the fickle weather that goes from 86 to 55, I got started on a summer tank last Saturday. I chose Deciduous because I was dying to work with some Calmer (first time, and I'm loving it), and it seems like a great vacation top. half body I've made decent progress on it. I'm hoping to have it done for Vegas! :) Lani is up to her usual tricks, though, deciding that the best spot in the house is the one that inhibits my progress: Lani Chart
